After waiting almost two hours for an oil change at Walmart we decided to go elsewhere. I Googled fast oil changes and Take 5 came up. It wasn't too far away so we left Walmart and went to Take 5. We were the first folks there so we were taken care of post haste. The service is a bit pricey, but they accept coupons. We were in and out within 20 minutes. All in all they did a great job. When time is tight and we are in a pinch we will return. Kudos.
I give it 4.5 the First Gentleman that came to my car was very nice and the other that joked with me about not bringing them food. My service tech was Jeremy he was ok didn’t seem to be the most knowledgeable. I normally go to the dealership but decided to try here. I liked that I got an oil change and inspection done together because I needed both and I found a coupon online. Will I come back? Not too sure we’ll see 🙂 Not sure why it’s posted under a Pasadena location and who is Jelica? lol I went to the Shepherd/19th location in the heights. Again 4.5 I guess someone entered my number incorrectly because my name most definitely isn’t Jelica 🤣🤣🤣🤣
(Translated by Google) The people who work there are very kind; they helped me with what I asked for, which means a lot to us senior citizens. Thank you. (Original) Bueno las personas que atienden ese lugar son muy amables me ayudaron con lo que les pedi eso cuenta mucho para nosotros de tercera edad gracias
