I give it 4.5 the First Gentleman that came to my car was very nice and the other that joked with me about not bringing them food. My service tech was Jeremy he was ok didn’t seem to be the most knowledgeable. I normally go to the dealership but decided to try here. I liked that I got an oil change and inspection done together because I needed both and I found a coupon online. Will I come back? Not too sure we’ll see 🙂 Not sure why it’s posted under a Pasadena location and who is Jelica? lol I went to the Shepherd/19th location in the heights. Again 4.5 I guess someone entered my number incorrectly because my name most definitely isn’t Jelica 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I’ve been coming here for my last few oil changes, and the team is always kind, professional, and incredibly fast. Today, John helped us out and really gave my car the reset it needed. Along with the oil change, we had the engine and air filters replaced, and now the car runs much smoother and the AC is blowing stronger than ever, just in time for the Houston summer heat! Thank you to John and the entire Take 5 team for always taking such great care of us. We’ll definitely be back and will be recommending you to all our friends and family looking for reliable and trustworthy service!
