These guys were great, had me right in and explained the high mileage oil,, which is what I wanted. They checked everything air filter, tires, wiper blades and made me a great offer I was a bit short on money but their was no pressure, they even cleaned my windshield that was covered with 6 months of dry bugs , they were so friendly and nice I'll go there always and even able to use a coupon from my phone for a great price. Thank you. Take 5 for a great job
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Paris, TX! Logan and Timothy were extremely thorough, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire visit. They took the time to make sure everything was checked properly and explained what they were doing along the way. The service was quick, professional, and made the whole process super easy. Definitely appreciate the great customer service and will be coming back!
It was my first time getting my oil changed in my car and my dad recommended them. It went great! Dakota was the one that mainly worked with me, and he was friendly, polite, and super patient with me. I got my oil changed, my tires aired up, and my cabin air filter replaced. They didn't try to convince me to get any extra work done or buy the more expensive option, and he walked me through everything he was doing. I also got air fresheners and coupons, which is so nice, and the shop banter was absolutely on point. I will definitely be coming back! Update: went back for a second oil change after my first experience and was met with exactly the same kind of great service and friendly help. This time, Colten and Timothy worked with me and it was still a great experience. Definitely keeping the 5 stars!
