What a blessing and God-send Samuel, Corban and manager Dawn were! We pulled in with an engine running hot. It was the last leg of a road trip to Florida and back with another 100 plus miles to go. We explained all the symptoms and our concerns. The team listened closely to our story, asked relevant questions, and Dawn quickly diagnosed the problem-air in our cooling system resulting from an empty coolant reservoir. Too much August driving across five hot southern states! One radiator flush later and a refill of coolant, with double-checks to make sure no air pockets remained, we were on our way home! We appreciated the attention to detail, courtesy, knowledge and professionalism of this great Take 5 trio!!
Micah was very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease through the process of the oil change . He even check my windshield wipers and saw that they needed to be changed. He is awesome and gave wonderful customer service.
I was very impressed with the knowledgeable employees that were helping me, especially Dawn. They treated me like they actually cared about my needs, & I really appreciated that. I will definitely return to this location.
