What a blessing and God-send Samuel, Corban and manager Dawn were! We pulled in with an engine running hot. It was the last leg of a road trip to Florida and back with another 100 plus miles to go. We explained all the symptoms and our concerns. The team listened closely to our story, asked relevant questions, and Dawn quickly diagnosed the problem-air in our cooling system resulting from an empty coolant reservoir. Too much August driving across five hot southern states! One radiator flush later and a refill of coolant, with double-checks to make sure no air pockets remained, we were on our way home! We appreciated the attention to detail, courtesy, knowledge and professionalism of this great Take 5 trio!!
All of the young men were courteous, pleasant, kind, and knowledgeable! They all helped wonderfully & made me fell like my vehicle was top priority at that time! The long haired gentleman was very knowledgeable about everything that needed to be done & the products available! Thank you guys for your help. I give them all A 10+ reading.
Had a great and quick oil change. Micah was super informative and attentive, explaining choices and what he recommended. Samuel did a great job getting me in and out as well. Both guys did an awesome job! Always love coming here!
