Like I always do before long trips, I stopped in to get fluids and tire pressure checked.They are always friendly and are very helpful. They are considerate in taking customers in the order they arrive, as they should be. Sadly this isn’t always the case elsewhere. They always get me out in a timely manner and never fail to ask if I would like a bottle of water The customer service at Take 5 on W University and 338 (Odess,Texas) is absolutely amazing! They do my oil changes and also my coolant exchange. Way to go guys!
They have many locations in Odessa/Midland area but this location (university in front of HEB) is the BEST one by FAR. Friendly guys and are there to help the public. Some homeboy can’t remember his name but he told me about one of my tires being bad bad. That dude possibly saved my life. Wouldn’t go to another location at all and have recommended this location to all my friends and family. RTT2024 💯💯💯
They took care of my car issue on a last minute emergency. I’m so grateful and assured me I could continue with my trip. I will now drive a hour and 30 to get my oil change at exact locación from here on.
