They are always so friendly at this Take 5. I have come here twice and asked them to check my fluids before I go on a trip. They offer me water for waiting and they aren’t even doing a service on my car, just ensuring everything looks good. Both young men who have helped me have been very friendly, even though they’re busy. I decided to leave a review because it is so hard to get good service with nice people many times around Odessa.
I couldnt have asked for better service. Not just the one guy that did the oil change but I had communication with all the young men who worked there and they were all so very nice and respectful, brought us very ice cold water, so cold it had ice in it. I had my mother with me and they were all just so super nice and respectful. I live on the east side and there is a take 5 litterally blocks from our home but I will go the extra miles to go back to the andrews hwy location just because of the excellent service we recieved. Thank you!
When to get an oil change for my vehicle. You stay in your car while they do the job, which is quite combinient. The guys were polite and helpful. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Apart from the oil change they also checked windshield fluid and add more if needed at no additional cost. Overall great service my usual place to go for oil change.
