My girlfriend came for an oil change and was confused about the different options. Juan was honest with her about what she needed and made sure to give her the right oil without just suggesting the highest price. He also was kind enough to put in an air filter for her. She is normally scared to get work done on her car because she doesn’t want to be sold things she doesn’t need. Juan was understanding and helpful. Thank you!
Good service, reasonable wait time, convenient location. great hours - open later in the evenings, plus Saturdays & Sundays so super convenient! If you need emissions & are going late in day, esp on the weekends, call to make sure they have a person available for that inspection.
I had a very good 1st time experience. I called into the main number and Jennifer gave me a $25 off coupon and when I went in, there were a couple of people in line ahead of me. Xavier did a great job checking me in and the whole team was fast, knowledgeable and detailed. I will be back for my next oil change!
