First time using Take 5. My sister recommended them for my oil change. All she told me was absolutely true. Best customer service I have had in years. A beautiful young lady greeted me with much needed cold water for my wait. I only had time for a couple of drinks. Total of three males and one female serviced my car. Answered all my questions, explained everything As they worked. Service was quick and professional. All the staff were totally respectful and professional. I have already shared my experience with friends and family. I found my “go to place for service.” Thank you Take 5
Very quick, professional and great customer service. Its a shame how cooperate overlooks this location. They've gotten all the awards to prove this little 2 bay stop is outstanding in the region. Yet cooperate does not compensate these guys correctly. Especially the ones that have been with this company for years and have paid their dues to this company. These guys deserve a hefty raise for the work and the training they do at this location! Great work guys!!!! I appreciate you all, even if cooperate doesn't!!!!! And then they give such an Ai generated response. Never touching on the subject of what an awesome crew they have here! Goes to show what I speak is true about corporate. ALL the 5 star reviews the guys at Mineola Tx. has, gets overlooked. Shame on you corporate for not recognizing how much money this shop generates for your company. And to not share the wealth is very selfish of ALL you overpaid corporate people! Now how you gonna respond to this review?! 🤘
I was actually shocked at how much professionalism and courtesy was given when I came in for my oil change. You normally don’t see this anymore. This is how a business builds a customer base. I will definitely be back. I normally don’t do reviews very often, but Charles and Brian deserve a good review for sure. ( I don’t know them personally , so I looked at my receipt) They both honestly went above and beyond. Thank you.
