9/4/26 Jacob at the Wadley location across from Claydesta was very thorough, explained everything being done, was coaching another co-worker, and provided excellent customer service. I have yet to be disappointed in this crew. One thing for corporate, these people are busting their asses in triple digit temps, how about a portable air/water cooler for the shop? They would still be able to hear the numbers called it and would make theirs and our environment better. Also, could you get Gatorade for the employees? Water is nice but they need some electrolyte replacement.
I love this place. Watching the employees work in tandem is amazing! They are kind, attentive, through, respectful and gracious. Yes, to their customers, but also to each other. The work environment is tough, i was there and it looked like they had 15 or more cars to service. They did it well! All Take 5’s may not be like this but the one on Wadley and A st in Midland, Tx is. I have been going there since it opened and have never been disappointed. Congratulations to the person that runs this spot !!!
Claudie was my main point of conversation and he was amazing. Very helpful, and we had an inside joke about my mileage at …666. I was glad to know Claudie is a Believer! I’ve been going to Take 5 for 9 years… the service, helpfulness, not a ripoff company, knowledgeable staff are the reasons I’m a forever customer. They go through the checkpoints to make sure they didn’t forget a step; always top off fluids (& will do that for free without an oil change..fyi); honor Veterans with a 25% discount (very generous)…more reasons to be a forever customer!
