I am coming back to repeat my review! Today I give a shout-out to Landon. I hear a lot of people say that technicians at other service facilities made careless mistakes that damaged their cars. But at this Take 5, I overheard every employee doing safety checks OUT LOUD to make sure no mistakes are made. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism of employees and manager (Landon). They made sure every need was provided with utmost care. This particular Take 5 location excels in the service and care they give vehicles and drivers. I felt confident my car got the best service and I felt like the employees actually cared about me. Special shout-out to Chris. Thank you so much!
The second I got there they pulled me in right away and offered me a water. I didn’t have to wait long before I was greeted by a young man and he was very polite, he got me in and out, and usually I won’t accept any up sales but it was such a great and quick experience, I let him add an air filter. They topped off all my fluids and aired up all my tires including the spare, they even offered me another bottle of water for the road. I’ll continue to get my oil changed at this location.
9/4/26 Jacob at the Wadley location across from Claydesta was very thorough, explained everything being done, was coaching another co-worker, and provided excellent customer service. I have yet to be disappointed in this crew. One thing for corporate, these people are busting their asses in triple digit temps, how about a portable air/water cooler for the shop? They would still be able to hear the numbers called it and would make theirs and our environment better. Also, could you get Gatorade for the employees? Water is nice but they need some electrolyte replacement.
