Very professional, fast and courteous. (2yrs ago) (New Post) This past week I went back to Midland to gather the rest of my things for a move. I took my truck to the same Take 5 as I always do. Prior to this visit, I had my oil changed at a different place, in a different city. The last place I took it to did NOT oil up the o-ring on the filter before putting it back on. When they tried to remove it at Take 5, it would not budge. Every single person there tried to get it off. After several hours, and me getting down on the floor to get enough leverage and a 2nd pair of hands, we finally got it off (they had to go buy a special removal tool). I AM EXTREMELY GREATFUL to the team at this Take 5! If they had not pushed through the frustration of dealing with someone else's mess up, I would have required a tow service to the dealership! They went above and beyond on this one. I would also like to APOLOGIZE to them for the aggravation. I will NEVER take my truck back to the previous place, and will ONLY EVER find a Take 5 moving forward. Thank you and your team!
I bring all my vehicles to take 5 off of Andrews highway. I have a wife, three driving daughters and a truck collection, so I frequent this location often. I recently purchased another work truck and brought it to have all the fluids changed. I am always impressed with the young lady that I believe is the manager. She is very professional and knowledgeable. The service is excellent and you can tell the workplace environment is friendly. The employees always seem to be happy to be there. I have been coming here for years and will continue. I had oil changed, coolant changed and both differentials changed.
