I visited this location Saturday, September 5 late in the afternoon. I am not sure who the guy I was dealing with was but he seemed like he was the manager. I lost my wallet and my car stated that my oil life was at 0%. I told him I only had $40 in cash and the oil change came out to $44 with the $25 discount coupon, he took off an extra five dollars so my total came out to $39. He went beyond his, I’m sure, regular duties are and really helped me out. I will always go to this take five oil change location for as long as I live on this side of town. I recommend this location, not only for their exceptional customer service, but their exceptional quickness and professionalism.
I pulled up at 4:30pm on a Sunday afternoon (they close at 5:00) seeking an overdue state inspection and an oil change. I was warmly greeted and offered a bottle of water. They enthusiastically completed the inspection, oil change, air and cabin filters with efficiency. I paid and drove away twenty minutes later. All three men were very polite and clean cut. They exhibited exceptional customer service skills. I will definitely return in the future. Thank you, Kyle, Jadon and the other man, whose name I did not obtain!
These guys are always so awesome. I have gotten Texas State Inspections here with zero issues. This is my go-to for oil & filter changes for all of families cars. Even the diesels. They always have such a great attitude about assisting me. I saw a lady come in to the bay beside me and she was ugly to the boys. Speaking spicy to them and obligating the boys to answer her idiotic questions. I felt so bad for the boys. They handled with such respect and professionalism that I was truly impressed. That lady was just petty. Driving a Lexus and complaining about synthetic oil. The car requires it! It’s not your choice.
