The guys at this Take 5 are amazing. Thought I needed a full oil change and turns out I still had 5,000 miles left after a small top off. Instead of staying quiet and charging me for full service, they checked and topped off all my fluids free of charge. I did pay for them to change my wiper blades. They were friendly and courteous the entire time and even provided me with an ice cold bottle of water knowing I was going to be sitting in a hot car during the service. Recommend them 10/10

Gavin was great and very friendly, especially considering this was his first week. However, my experience with the manager, DJ, was disappointing. He checked me out but never provided the total price before completing the transaction. When I mentioned that I had a coupon, he rolled his eyes and shook his head. I asked if there was an issue with using the coupon, but he did not respond and simply shook his head again. I wanted to ask the manager about the $20 price increase but he just walked off and would not acknowledge. The service took longer than expected because Gavin was trying to find the correct oil filter and asked DJ for assistance. Rather than helping, DJ walked away and did not provide any guidance. We were the only vehicle in the shop, yet the visit took around 20 minutes largely because the new employee was left to figure things out on his own without support from his manager. Gavin was courteous and did his best, but the lack of professionalism and assistance from the manager negatively affected the overall experience.
