The team at take 5 were amazing on 3/31 and 12/17 from the moment I pulled on was created immediately with water and a friendly face. They quickly got my car in the garage and started the process. The whole team was friendly, courteous and informative. Talked to me about different options, discounts and even cleaned my windshield in the process! I was in and out under 30 min. Great team, great customer service, great experience, great day! Awesome experience and will definitely come back! 🙌🏻
The state inspection went as expected and met my needs. I was disappointed that no one seems able to fix the spelling of my first name Each time I visit I’ve advised to please correct the spelling of my first name in your company’s database. Unfortunately, even in this email you’ve just sent me to do a Google Review, I noticed my first name has been misspelled again. Please review my recent insurance to see the accurate spelling of my first and last name and please make this correction in your computer database. If your firm genuinely cares about creating a positive image in the mind of a customer, you should not only provide defect free service every day, but show respect and courtesy to say and spell a customer name correctly.
David was awesome Took care of all my needs and saved my truck from Engine damage due to Bad coolant I suggest anyone who wants more than a basic oil change to come up to this take five and ask For David! He will get you taken care of and you can tell he really cares and goes above and beyond! Thank you, David. I will be back when my next oil change is due!
