Aiden, Gadge, and Jacob were super helpful! They educated us about car maintenance while still working hard out in this Tx heat! I always come here because I know I'll be treated well, and it can be scary taking your car places as a woman. Never once have I felt uncomfortable or taken advantage of here. Aiden was so sweet, he explained things about coolant that I didn't know. Jacob offered a cold bottle of water right off the bat and was fun to talk to, and Gadge came by and made sure that our experience was satisfactory and that we felt well taken care of. And all of them worked together to get multiple things done on the car, their teamwork is great! Take 5 you have some great guys working for you!
I went to Take 5 for the first time today, my car sticker was long expired and needed an oil change. Corbin offered me a water (very generous) and took a look at my oil.. said it looked fine, that the oil didn't need to be changed. He showed me the oil on the dipstick, and it was indeed clear. Corbin asked where I got my lube changed previously, and mentioned that the date/mileage on the sticker was likely bumped up so I would come back before actually needing to change my oil. Corbin topped off the rest of my fluids free of charge and sent me on my way. I am very pleased with a trustworthy lube shop, definitely coming back. (BIG thank you to Corbin!)
These guys treated me with respect as soon as I pulled up!! They were very professional. They had changed my oil in a timely manner as well as told me everything they were doing even showed me the build up in my cap! I highly recommend take 5 oil I will bring my business back here Thank you to the two gentlemen that helped me!!!
