First time coming here myself. I remember grandma always coming here growing up and I needed an oil change and saw on Facebook everyone recommending saying they’re good and fast. Someone brought me a water to the car as I pulled up, nice touch.. he was sweet but I forgot to look at his name, sorry about that! Hunter was very patient and lighthearted with me as I was stressed out and anxious from work and doing this on my lunch break. He took time to really explain things to me as an individual with a brain and not just disregarding me as an incompetent female who knows nothing about cars which I don’t but that really meant a lot to me because I’m so used to just going in not knowing what I’m asking for or whatever and he actually took time to patiently tell me what it meant when I was trying to brush him off as like idk do whatever. He didn’t want to just do whatever because he valued the customer as a person and I wanted to make sure I took time to recognize him and his customer service. Thank you everyone who helped take care of me, I know it’s a team effort.
I have never been to a place where they change your oil and be so thorough with the service. This was my first time there . I waited in my car while they did what had to be done. From the boss to the crew they were all so pleasant and nice. I will never go anywhere else yo get my oil changed . I recommend that every female especially go to Take 5 it is alot safer. They are honest with the package that is best for you with no strings attached. Thank you Take 5 for making my first experience a pleasant visit.
Went in for an oil and filter change. Thought the price was a little high until I checked the cost for comparable high quality products and learned Take 5 is not high if you want premium protection for your costly vehicle's engine. Plus, the tech was customer oriented, proficient and fast. I enjoyed not having to crawl under my car and change the oil myself. I highly recommend Take 5 and will personally return for my next service.
