I had a great experience at the Take 5 Oil Change on Quaker and 114th! Scott was exceptional from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel pressured. The entire team was efficient, and I was in and out much faster than I expected. It’s refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service these days. I’ll definitely be back for my next oil change and highly recommend this location. Thanks again, Scott!
The shop manager was incredibly detail oriented. He was in the process of training a new employee and was very attentive to ensuring that the young man was taught well. I really appreciated the way he explained his methods to him. Even though he was having to go step by step it was still very quick and efficient.
Great place friendly people. Even thou they had to run and get more oil for my car the brand I used was 1 quart low. Love the kindness and how they explained what they were doing with me. Thanks
