Oil Change in Lubbock, TX at 2509 82nd St..

I went to a Take 5 on 82nd and University. Usually do not go there because it’s not close to where I live but I was in the area. The man that helped me was exceptionally good. I just needed to top off the fluids and he checked them but told me the coolant needed to be changed. I knew that from when I had got the oil changed before. Said it would make it through winter. I went ahead and got it changed . I told the man that if he could check the windshield wiper fluid? I told him it’s either frozen or out. He had another man come help him and they found out that when they had changed air filter last at the other Take 5 that it was up against the wire 9of the windshield wiper fluid container. They fixed it. So I want to commend that Taje 5 for going above and beyond to help me and check everything when they topped the fluids because not all of them are that nice and willing to . Thank you I returned to Take 5 3 days later because my car was smoking from under the hood. Was not doing it until after getting oil changed. Luckily there was never the guys there that helped me 3 days earlier. I asked him to check all caps to make sure that were tight. He also checked the oil filter plug and he did say that on Monday before when I was there that they did not clean off excess oil off after changing oil and on my car the exhaust is next to where the oil is changed. He said they did clean off excess and it should all be alright now. If not to come back and they will check further on everything. The next day the car did not smoke under the hood so I’m happy and I do recommend this location but they need to please make sure to clean off all excess when changing oil in all areas and on all cars. Had a great service at Take 5 Oil Change on 82nd and University a service tech named Roy Gonzalez give me the best service I have received in a very long time you just don't get that service anymore on point very knowledgeable very courteous the job on my vehicle's was excellent I tip my hat to the tech guys there I strongly suggest to go visit Roy I received the service I received

G money knows ball and is extremely great at his job he is jolly and nice but knows how to get the job done and he knows what he’s talking about and that’s crucial to a girl like me that is fresh out the house and in college and doesn’t even know how to pop Open the hood of her car so he told me exactly what I needed!
