Stopped by Take 5 for an oil change and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without any pressure to buy extra services. The whole process was fast, and I never had to leave my vehicle, which made it incredibly convenient. They checked my fluids, tire pressure, and made sure everything was good to go before I left. It’s hard to find honest customer service these days, but this team delivered. I’ll definitely be back for my next oil change and would recommend Take 5 to anyone looking for quick, hassle-free service.
Yes Roy and Stanley helped me on Friday evening. I brought my truck to see what needed to be topped off. Turns out I needed more than that. They assisted me in every way possible and recommended I cone back and fix the issues at hand. I extremely appreciate these two workers for helping me resolve the issue. Not too many good people left in the world. These two made my Friday and made me feel better about my truck situation. Thank you again . I will definitely be coming back to this location on 82nd 2509 in Lubbock Texas .
Great 3 years ago & still amazing. I had a screeching sound under car, after oil change & drove in. ROY & ADAM ARE THE BEST!!!!! THEY quickly fixed the problem, tightened the cover over motor & if happens again..come on by. Get top offs between for free too. Thankful....to this TAKE 5.. greatcustomer service & great attitudes. No charge!
