These guys did an outstanding job. I know service shops sometimes get a bad reputation for trying to upsell customers, but I’ve never looked at it that way with this team. In my experience, they’re simply trying to make sure their customers are informed and their vehicles are properly taken care of. They pointed out a few maintenance items that I hadn’t addressed in quite a while, and I was genuinely glad they brought them to my attention. I would much rather have someone let me know what my vehicle needs than ignore something that could become a much bigger and more expensive problem later. They got me in and out as quickly as possible without sacrificing professionalism or the quality of their work. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what they recommended and why. I’ve been coming to this location for years, and they have consistently taken great care of my vehicles. They’ve earned my trust, and that’s the reason I continue to come back. Great service, great people, and a team that genuinely seems to care about taking care of their customers. Highly recommended!
I had a great experience at Take 5 in League City! The entire team was friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. From the moment I pulled in, they made me feel welcome and took the time to explain everything without trying to pressure me into anything I didn’t need. The service was fast, but they definitely didn’t sacrifice quality. Everyone worked together, paid attention to the details, and made sure everything was taken care of before I left. It’s refreshing to find a place that still puts this much effort into customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this Take 5 location to anyone in the League City area. Great people, great service, and an overall excellent experience!

The young men working last time I brought our car in for inspection were very sociable and they always offer a water (even if the inspections person was gone for the day and you have to come back ;) at least you have a cold water for the drive home.) I don't feel like they are overly pushy about up-selling things like new air filters. They will ask (its part of the job!!) but I've never had someone not take no for an answer here. I also can consistently get someone on the phone when I call to see about inspection availability etc, some businesses just let the phone ring forever. Literally exactly what you should expect for a quick car service shop.
