I’ll give you 5 stars not because the place is run efficiently, but because the kid working there SOLO doing every single part of a 3-4 man work crew should do, didn’t skip a beat. Apologized for the extreme short-handedness. Was obviously overwhelmed, but kept his composure throughout. And he’s was full up. All bays were loaded and each had a car waiting behind them. Samuel, I think was his name. Great kid! Definitely deserves a raise! Or to be compensated so each position he held.
Joel greeted me with professionalism from the moment I arrived. Frank was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The entire process was quick and efficient. The team was wonderful, and the environment was welcoming. Their customer service truly felt like a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!
I had a Great Experience! Cruz was very helpful and explained all the packages. He also showed me both air filters. Cruz not only took care of me, but he was also training another person working with him at the Saunders location. Will definitely return to this location! Thanks
