Young man was very polite and attentive. He explained in detail the three options of the oil change offers. He offered me water when i arrived since it was around 3:30 and very hot. He also showed me of my air filter, I don’t think it had ever been changed. I agreed to have it replaced. As i was leaving he noticed my air conditioning was not blowing air properly. He offered me another water. I will for sure return in March when i’m due for another change.
First time there and the technician, Toby, was amazing. He explained everything accordingly and was able to steer me in the right direction to the product that best suited my vehicle's needs. The overall wait time was minimal and the oil change didn't take long at all. I highly recommend Take 5 and the skilled, customer service-oriented team!! Update: Went in last week 07/09/26 and had exceptional service once again! Thank you to Guadalupe and the rest of the Take 5 team in Laredo (North).
