Oil Change in Laredo, TX at 10718 International Blvd.

I recently took my car in this past weekend, and despite the busy schedule, I felt like they worked efficiently. The staff was incredibly friendly and kept me informed about the progress of my car’s service. My car was serviced by Kobe, but I think it was Toby. 😬 The manager even went out of his way to provide candy for my daughter while we waited. It’s rare to find such a considerate service. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of car maintenance.

(Translated by Google) Excellent service! I always get great service from Guadalupe in Laredo, TX. I take my cars and trucks there for oil and filter changes, and he always treats me very well. He's very kind and attentive, offering me products and discounts. He checks my tire pressure and always has a great attitude. I recommend him 100%. He's very fast at doing the job. Thank you so much, Guadalupe, and also for the bottle of water he always gives me!

Young man was very polite and attentive. He explained in detail the three options of the oil change offers. He offered me water when i arrived since it was around 3:30 and very hot. He also showed me of my air filter, I don’t think it had ever been changed. I agreed to have it replaced. As i was leaving he noticed my air conditioning was not blowing air properly. He offered me another water. I will for sure return in March when i’m due for another change.
