I stopped by Take 5 a couple weeks ago, just to have my oil levels checked, and Morgan Pena was there to greet me. He walked up to my car and handed me a water and smiled and said how can I help you. I told him I was just there to check my oil levels, and he directed me right in. He opened my hood, checked my oil, said it looked really good and showed me the dipstick. He then checked my mileage and checked in their computer to see when I was due to come back for an oil change. Then he made sure my tires were properly inflated. When he was done, he asked me if there was anything else I needed. That was all I needed and it didn’t take long. I want to give a shout out to this young man. He exemplifies what good service is. He was polite and although it was in the afternoon and extremely hot, he had a smile on his face that reflected a person who really enjoyed his job. That type of attitude wins over customers like me. Thank you for your service Morgan Pena! I’ll be back.
I was not pleased with this visit. An individual walked into the bays area offering different cheese cakes for some organization. All work stopped on my vehicle and another car being serviced while the employees discussed prices and flavors for about 8 minutes. I’m not opposed to helping other organizations, just ask them to wait until the employees are done with the current customers they are working on. This will make me think twice about coming back.
My wife and I took both of our vehicles to Take 5 in Lake Worth. It was very hot this Saturday morning and the two guys Hector and his supervisor were working hard. They were very nice and polite. When I arrived I said all I needed was a safety inspection, but then I changed my mind and got an oil change and my air filters changed as well. They took care of our vehicles needs and they did an awesome job. We definitely recommend Take 5 Lake Worth! Thanks again for the awesome service!!!!
