Wish I could give more than 5 stars. The gentleman working by the names of Darien and Gabriel were amazing. Great at communicating all of the issues in detail so that I would understand. So kind, asking me if I wanted water and fixing my car with care. Will definitely be trusting this place for future services. I was nervous for it being my first time visit but with Darien he guided me through the steps with ease. Gabriel was kind enough to help me zip tie my car, when I had a concern. I glad I had the pleasure of coming across them for my first visit. I called to customer service to see if I can leave a review with them. They said the best way was to do it through google and that the manager will see this. Whoever the manager is for this location I hope you see this and know that they deserve a raise for being great employees.
I felt bad for arriving around 4:30 because they close at 5. But the service was spectacular and they made the process smooth and quick. The explained everything that was wrong and didn’t overly push to try and make an upsell. However, they did make me aware of some things that I could do later on for general maintenance. Quick, efficient, and friendly. Also, they offered water which was nice of them.
Ariel and Darien were very professional and polite. Ariel explained the services thoroughly to me. She mentioned the coupons that helped me save money. Darien offered me iced water twice. He was very knowledgeable about cars. We need more staff members like them. They made me feel that I should go back to Take 5 to have my car serviced next time.
