Jimmie and Jaylin know how to provide customer service. Literally took care of me even AFTER HOURS and I know I was the last customer there Very easy to talk to, Great customer service and they knew exactly what I needed and took care of me on the veteran discount I will be a returning customer
The mechanics here were polite they greeted me with a bottle of water shortly after I drove up. They made me laugh the entire time. They were honest about what I needed and what could wait till my next visit. Best service I’ve had in a long time. You may even get to catch them singing and dancing while they work.
Malcolm provided excellent service during my oil change yesterday . He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. You can tell he really cares about customer service. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at Take 5.
