Here’s a strong review that highlights Lamar’s professionalism, customer service, and willingness to help. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change, thanks to Lamar! He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, demonstrate professionalism, and make sure I was taken care of. Lamar was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely concerned about helping me with my vehicle. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who takes pride in their work and treats customers with respect and care. Employees like Lamar are a true asset to the company. His attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Take 5 should be proud to have someone like him on their team. I highly recommend this location, and I hope Lamar receives the recognition he deserves for his outstanding service!
Watch for the technician to pull the oil dipstick out of your engine. The dipstick measures your oil level and has markings on it indicating if the oil is filled accurately. If they hold the dipstick in an upright position, the oil flows downward into the markings on the dipstick. Then they walk up to you sitting in the car to show you that the oil is within the markings. I asked the technician to please re-check the oil and hold the dipstick in a horizontal position and then show me. He put another half quart of oil in my truck before he could do that. This applies to anywhere you get your oil changed.
Really good, fast and friendly. Had a disappointing issue the day before where I got there about 40 minutes before closing but couldn't get in and wasn't told that until after I had waited but went the next day and experienced the usual excellent, quick, and friendly service with one good natured rib about getting in early so it was just a one off when they were short staffed and we've all had days like that when despite doing the best under the circumstances not everyone can be accommodated because of circumstances beyond our control like being down manpower, a last minute rush, and the systems automatically closing down at a certain time.
