Amazing experience at this Take 5! I came in after having a coolant flush done incorrectly at another location, which left me dealing with a recurring low coolant warning. I believe his name was Isaiah, he immediately knew what the issue was and took care of everything in less than 15 minutes. He properly worked the air out of the cooling system, added the coolant I needed, and explained what had gone wrong with the previous service. Since leaving, my coolant light hasn’t come back on and everything has been running perfectly. I really appreciate how knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful they were. They turned a very frustrating situation into a great experience. Thank you for taking care of me and my car! Definitely 5 stars!
I did have to wait a bit longer than usual, but there were a lot of other customers that had arrived before me. All of the technicians were very busy. They were considerate by coming to my car to explain delays. Once they were able to take care of me, the service (radiator flush and topping off fluids) took less than a half an hour. I have been using TAKE5 for several years now, and trust them to take care of my car.
Highly recommend! They are fast, professional and very kind! The person helping me was wearing a back brace and visibly in pain with lower back issues. I watched as he helped several customers and was just as friendly, respectful and helpful to each one!
