I had such a great experience at Take 5 today! Mr. Q went above and beyond to help me with my oil change. He was extremely helpful, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on without ever making me feel like I didn’t know anything or speaking to me in a condescending way, which I really appreciated. The manager was also very helpful and worked with Mr. Q to make sure I was taken care of. They knew I was driving from Dallas to El Paso the next day and would be putting a lot of miles on my car, so they really made sure I was good to go before my trip. Mr. Q definitely hooked me up and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I really appreciate both of them going the extra mile for me. Great customer service and I would definitely recommend this location!
Maintenance light came on, looked up the closest 5 minute Oil Change and the Hurst location was the closest to where I was at. Stopped in and David along with the rest of the crew took AWESOME care of me & my 4runner. I didnt need a oil change, it was just the 5000 Maintenance reminder (I just purchased the vehicle) but I did need the air checked in all my tires. They were honest, kind and supportive in helping me figure out the nuances of my vehicle! The looked at everything and didnt even charge me. I totally will return to these guys and recommend this location to everyone in the HEB, North Richland Hills area! 5 star service!!!!
Today I am truly grateful to Q at the central drive location. As a driver its been hard to make to my car is taken care of. Today I came in and Q took care of my car and gave me the peace of mind to drive. I've told plenty of people about this location. I live in Arlington but I drive here for service. Today showed exactly why its worth it. Q keep taking care oʻf your customers. People don't have to be nice!!!!
