I went to this location today, the day before Mother’s Day. I thought it was weird that I needed an oil change because I just bought this car a month ago, but what do I know…. I don’t. When Brandon said STOP, I thought something was wrong. As it turns out, my dealership seems to have forgotten to just reset the oil gauge for my vehicle and it didn’t need an oil change at all. Most shops would’ve looked at this and me and knowingly done it anyways to make a sale. Brandon and Chric DID NOT! They did not unsuspectingly take advantage of me, and unsuspecting woman and for that and their honesty. I am very grateful that they saved me $100. They deserve raises, and I will be back every time to see them!
The take 5 in Kingwood was so excellent. They service was supreme Kaleb and his coworker with the red hair checked my car out gave me the information to make it safe for me to drive. I really appreciate all the knowledge that these men gave me. Very thorough in the explanation of my car. If I lived in Kingwood, I would definitely come back to this location. These men need a raise. They will keep this area in business.
Chris and the crew did an amazing job. Especially on a hot day like this I can only imagine. I went in for an oil change, they did more than just that. They made sure my air filter was up to standard, my coolant was good, and double check triple check that the right oil and oil filter was installed. Thank you again Chris and the crew for the 5 minute oil change!
