Manager Troy and his team were just what I was looking for.We just purchased a home in the area and were looking for a new place for auto maintenance , Take 5 bought out our previous chain for which our records should have been on file, but were not. However, I felt like Troy took care of us like family, no, unnecessary sales offers just great product information to make informed decision's. Even better I did not have to unload the kids on a cold rainy evening; We were all able to remain in the comfort of our seats -this was a first for us and I really liked that. I asked about getting my cabin filter changed -something most people don’t even think about or know about and they had it in stock several places don’t even carry it —please have yours checked especially if your kids have respiratory issues , allergies —have yours checked take a look at what ours was like eewh ! This location of Take 5 will be our family’s new car maintenance center for years to come.
My service rep was Shamar. I do not remember the name of the other gentleman that greeted me, but both of them were Excellent. They were very nice, courteous and knowledgeable about their job. They got me in and out quickly. Will be returning to this location.
I went to Take 5 on 1960 in Houston Texas, for a simple oil change and got so much more. It was just as they said in and out. I had been taking my vehicle to another famous car place. They had told me all these things were completed and I was very much charged for all these services($600+ every trip). However, they lied. Take 5 pulled out a filter that haven't been changed since I brought my car in 2014. My fluids had not been changed or flushed out. Being a woman, I was not aware of these things until Take 5 brought it to my attention. I told them I will be back to Take 5. Simply because they didn't lie to me, nor did they take advantage of me because I am an elderly woman, AND THE PRICES ARE GREAT!!! The customer service was great as well. I was told about credits at Take 5 I didn't know about.
