Quick and fast, went for an oil change after a long day. Yesterday 10/23 around 7:25pm both young men were polite, check the mileage air filter. The only thing I did not was that instead of saying the oil that we recommend is… they said the previous owner used. And that when I arrived they told the last time this vehicle was serviced was on ,.. which is not true that was the previous owner information. This was my first time here and they kept their answers professional even when I did not. Again the oil change was quick, they did let me know what other service I needed. Do recommend will be back.
Manager Troy and his team were just what I was looking for.We just purchased a home in the area and were looking for a new place for auto maintenance , Take 5 bought out our previous chain for which our records should have been on file, but were not. However, I felt like Troy took care of us like family, no, unnecessary sales offers just great product information to make informed decision's. Even better I did not have to unload the kids on a cold rainy evening; We were all able to remain in the comfort of our seats -this was a first for us and I really liked that. I asked about getting my cabin filter changed -something most people don’t even think about or know about and they had it in stock several places don’t even carry it —please have yours checked especially if your kids have respiratory issues , allergies —have yours checked take a look at what ours was like eewh ! This location of Take 5 will be our family’s new car maintenance center for years to come.
From the greeting when I pulled until I left was Respectful and appreciated. Devin and his partner were professional and we even had great conversation. I'll definitely continue to come to this location due to the respect shown be the guys and the quickness of the service!!
