⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service! The employees at this Take 5 location are incredibly hardworking! They were extremely busy during my visit, but they handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. Despite the heavy workload, they remained courteous, attentive, and dedicated to taking care of every customer. It's great to see a team that works so hard while maintaining such a high standard of service. These employees deserve recognition for a job well done! Highly recommend this location!
Yesterday I went to get my state emissions test done for my car sticker. I was really impressed on that hot day when the service employee greeted me with a cold bottle of water and a kind smile. He was so professional in asking how he could help me and what service was I looking for. I didn’t even have to get out of my car like so many other places I’ve been to in the past. The service was quick and the company texted me a $25 coupon for an oil change in the future. I’ll definitely be back next year and highly recommend this company and location.
I had an exceptional experience getting my oil & filter changed today at Take 5. First time getting service done here and they did not disappoint! Joseph was very knowledgeable and helpful! He helped me choose the right oil, showed me my vehicle filters and let me decide if I wanted them changed out, recommended follow-up services and maintenance needs to be aware of. He even reset my oil life gauge for me in my vehicle. It was a very easy, convenient, and comfortable process. I am very pleased with all aspects of my service!
