The service here at Take 5 Oil Change was absolutely AMAZING! These gentlemen were truly top-notch from the moment we pulled into the bay. As soon as we shut off the vehicle, they offered us water and even gave my babies fruit snacks. 🥹❤️ They were so sweet and welcoming! They checked everything—from my tires and engine light to showing me my filter and making sure everything was good to go. They took the time to explain everything and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you so much, Jackson and Gage, for your amazing service, kindness, and genuine care! You guys went above and beyond, and it definitely did not go unnoticed. I will absolutely be recommending this Take 5 Oil Change to anyone looking for great service. I found my new favorite place! 🥰👏🏼
I had a great experience this Sunday at Take 5! Demetrius and Branden were both very friendly, professional, and helpful. Demetrius went above and beyond to help me with some corrosion on my battery. He took the time to explain what was going on and actually showed me what was happening. I honestly felt like I got a little lesson along the way! 😂 I really appreciated how patient he was and how willing he was to take the time to explain everything and help me. They did a great job, and I left feeling like my car was well taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you, Demetrius and Branden, for the great service!
I had a really good experience at Take 5 on Fuquay. I was taken care of by two gentlemen, and both did a great job. I believe one of their names was Branden, and I’ll update this review once I confirm the other gentleman’s name. I really appreciated how thorough they were. They communicated with each other throughout the service, did their callouts, and made sure everything was tightened and secured before I left. I had my oil and oil filter changed and also replaced my air filter. My windshield washer fluid was already full, so there was no need to add any. The service was a little pricey, but I was able to use a 25% off coupon, which definitely helped. For someone like me who doesn’t have anyone to regularly change my oil, I’m willing to pay a little more for the convenience and peace of mind. I also like that if my oil gets low before my next scheduled oil change, I can stop back by and they’ll top it off at no charge, up to the amount they allow. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. The team was professional, thorough, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. I would definitely return.
