I was greeted and given a cold bottle of water immediately! It was very much needed in this Houston humidity. Thank you, Matthew. Both Matthew and Jason were very thorough and recommended various products. Jason convinced me to change the cabin filter which is completely different from the other air filter. Jason was right! The cabin filter had not been changed ever! It was filthy; it even had dried leaves! When he brought the new filter he cleaned out the leaves in the cabin. I did NOT know that you could get to that filter by removing the glove box. Jason, is the man!
It’s good if you want to save time. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. There were no other vehicles when I arrived and I declined cabin filter and tire pressure check. They told me they only had full synthetic and up for my vehicle, how convenient. I chose the full synthetic core option. Service was great and staff was professional. I usually get my oil change at the dealership and thought I would be saving a little money coming here but that wasn’t the case. I most likely will be going back to the dealership to get my oil change because it’s cheaper and more value. Also they give you service reminder sticker for your windshield but it’s after 3k miles and not 5k miles. Weird that the manufacturer recommends every 5k miles and here they put 3k miles. Again If you value time and it’s not too busy then go here.
Love going to the Take 5 because all the workers are always so polite and helpful. I feel they listen to your concerns and never try to sell you anything that you really don't need. Joe did a great job yesterday & even advised me of the veteran discount and most of all he thanked my husband for his service. We plan and will continue to be regular customers.
