Love going to the Take 5 because all the workers are always so polite and helpful. I feel they listen to your concerns and never try to sell you anything that you really don't need. Joe did a great job yesterday & even advised me of the veteran discount and most of all he thanked my husband for his service. We plan and will continue to be regular customers.
They had done a flush which was not done correctly. I came back and Kirsten did an amazing job. She made sure everything was done correctly and well. Pluse she made sure that I didn't have to pay for it to be corrected. She was very professional and a hard worker. She was very nice and made sure that I was satisfied with everything that was done. An awesome employee for this business.
Wow!! I am very pleased with the attention and service received. The young men were very professional and knowledgeable. They did not pressure me but answered my questions and concerns. I went from being skeptical to buying the Top oil, Mobil1, for my Toyota RAV4 Platinum. I will return for service in the future! My second visit was just as great! I got an oil change and radiator flush for a very reasonable price! Thank you guys for your service !
