Let me tell you, I don't leave a lot of business reviews do to my busy life but Mark, the service tech that assisted me with my vehicle, definitely neefs to recognized. He was on point, fast brought me a bottle of water, apologized for the wai, since there were two cars ahead of me and never dropped his smile and courtesy. I had an issue with getting the pan plug removed and he had to go above and beyond to remove it and replaced it with a plug I had brought with me. He recommended a coolant flush only after topping of all fluids because he realized that the vehicle had no coolant in it. I wasn't forced into having the service done but, because of his detailed explanation and need for the service, I choose to go ahead and purchase the required service right then. You can tell he truly enjoyed his job! I highly recommend using this location and if you get lucky enough to pull into his bay, you're in for a fast and friendly oil change experience. If he tells you that you need a service done, do it! I'll be getting my oil changed here from now on.
The technicians provided Chick-fil-A customer service. I was immediately greeted at my car with a bottle of cold water. I really needed it because it was time for me to take my medicine and I did not have any water. They replace two of my filters that were really really dirty. One even had mold on it which I had no idea. I can honestly say that they provided excellent customer service going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.
I had an excellent experience at the Take 5 Oil Change on FM 1960 near Cypress Creek Parkway. Zack and Mark were outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything they were doing without ever making me feel pressured into buying anything I didn’t need. The service was incredibly fast, but they didn’t cut corners—they were thorough, efficient, and made sure everything was completed correctly. It’s refreshing to find a team that genuinely cares about customer service and takes pride in their work. Zack and Mark are a huge asset to this location, and because of them, I’ll definitely be returning for my future oil changes. Five stars all the way!
