Deontae took the time to thoroughly educate me on which type of oil would be best suited for my vehicle rather than simply recommending a standard option. He explained the benefits clearly, answered my questions patiently, and made sure I felt confident in the decision being made for my car’s maintenance. His approach showed strong expertise as well as a commitment to helping customers make informed choices. What truly stood out was his attention to detail. He noticed that my vehicle registration was coming up for renewal and proactively informed me that inspections could also be completed at Take 5. That level of awareness and initiative saved me time and demonstrated that he genuinely looks out for customers beyond the immediate service being performed. Employees like Deontae represent the brand exceptionally well. I like the staff at this location. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. However, I've never been where it took five or ten minutes. Yesterday I had to wait 15 minutes for them to get started and then it took about 15 minutes. I appreciate you finally offering a coupon to regular folks and not just military. I'm not complaining. I will return.
