I had an excellent experience at Take 5! Jahnoi provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was fast, polite, knowledgeable, and very considerate. I had my two small children in the car, and he made it a priority to get everything taken care of quickly so I could turn the car back on and get the A/C running for them as soon as possible. I really appreciated that extra level of care and consideration, especially in this Texas heat! Great service all around. I’ll definitely be back!
Brake customer service. I went in for my regular scheduled maintenance oil change. I don't drive much so he did not recommend I do it all change at that time since I use the synthetic oil. You recommended the other services that I might need but I've never felt pressured I will definitely go there for my next oil change and even possibly the other services he recommended.
I went to take five. This week. Julio offered me water while I waited, and the wait wasn’t long at all. While doing my oil change, he noticed that I needed new filters in the cabin and the engine and suggested I should get them. Not only that, but he educated me on why changing them was important . I will be back for future servicing. Thank you, Julio .
