Yes, your employees at take 5 by cypress station on FM1960 are alway so great , professional and welcoming. I got there right before they were getting ready to close and I said I’ll just come back tomorrow but they said no problem we can take you now for oil change and I feel badly I made them stayed past by 15mins They gave me water I never have any complaints there . Great employees with good customer service skills .i think his name is Mellie ? He’s a good guy alway smiling and very helpful . You can tell it has to start at the top ! Good job Take 5
I have gone to this place on 717 FM 1960 in Houston the Manager there treats everyone with respect gets the job done and is very knowledgeable with his work. I was going to stop taking my car to get my oil changed because of bad experience I have had in the past with other Take 5 places off 1960 but truly grateful he made my experience unforgettable thanks again to the manager that made a huge impression on me.
One of the best services I have received! My opinion was taken into consideration and I was talked to and listened. They were quick and helpful. I will for sure be coming back for more services on my next oil change. Look out because there is a strong soon to be leader that works there! After our conversation he will be going towards major success. I can’t express how much that gentlemen changed my life for the better.
