They did a phenomenal job and I could immediately tell my car was driving so much smoother even though I wasn't overdue for an oil change. What upset me was that there was absolutely no air conditioning for the poor staff. You're going to give your employees heat stroke. They need a way to cool down periodically. That is inhumane treatment. It's not like they are doing light work, they are doing intense physical labor in 100° temperatures, and it's so dangerous for them. I can't believe they were so nice when they were all visibly sweating to death.
Arrived at 1:30pm. I was there for them to change the oil and filter on my RAM TRX. Cars were in the 3 bays being serviced. Pulled into the service bay about 2pm. Finished at 2:30pm. I’d use them again. It’s hot in your car once you pull into a service bay because you have to turn your car off (obviously) for them to change your oil.
Erick was very outspoken explained everything in detail. I greeted me and said, Goodbye. Very professionally and the 2 young ladies that actually did the oil change. I don't know their names, please. Forgive me, but they were very prompt and professional. And can't say any more good things about them.I really can't they're great
