I waited until the absolute last minute to get my car inspection done, so pulling up to Take 5 at 5:45 PM on 9/30 and realizing they could still get me in was SUCH a relief. I was greeted with a nice cold bottle of water, a smile, and a thumbs-up that said, “We got you.” Honestly, they had me at hello. 😂 And then came Janiera, who was doing my inspection. After a long and rough day at work, I clearly needed the laugh she gave me. It wasn’t just the service—it was the way I was treated. Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind when I really needed it. I drove away with my inspection done and my mood a whole lot better than when I pulled in. Thank you, Take 5, and especially Janiera, for turning what could have been a stressful end to the day into such a positive experience!
My experience was amazing. I did have to wait a little longer due short staff and I was on my lunch. Lala(the manager) explained everything. Unlike some people you may comment about service being horrible they should thank the employees for being there honestly. It’s hard finding people who willing to work. She was changing oils and coaching an employee, that should explain a lot about the teamwork. The company should give her raise.
Overall great experience. The wait was a little longer than expected, but once they started working on my car, everything was quick, smooth, and efficient. Terrence and the rest of the team were super helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was very honest and informative about my car. I really appreciated his professionalism and genuine customer service. I would come back!
