Stopped by for an oil change and honestly had one of the best experiences I’ve had at a shop. Chris and Rod were extremely welcoming from the moment I pulled in and treated me with respect the whole time. They got the job done efficiently without cutting corners, kept me updated throughout the process, and had me out quicker than expected. You can tell these guys actually care about their work and their customers. Good service is hard to find nowadays, and I really appreciated the professionalism and positive attitude. Definitely recommend this shop and I’ll for sure be coming back. 🔥
Went in on a Friday afternoon (249 & N Houston Rosslyn) about a 10 minute wait to pull in, quicker than I expected to be honest, and didn't even have to get out of my car 😁 They were so friendly and funny but still professional and thoughtful!! They offered me a bottled water which I actually needed! Oil change took about 10 minutes but they also replaced my air filter. They showed it to me, 🤢, but I knew it hadn't been changed (new car). They also showed me the brand new one before they put it in. Definitely wouldn't get this kind of service, this quickly at Wallyworld... So I will absolutely go back for my next oil change and tell everyone to go to Take 5 for theirs!!
The staff was not only professional but they were very informative as to the problem of my engine. They were timely in assessing the situation along with eliminating the situation. Wonderful job guys. Keep up the good work.
