★★★★★ Went in today for a classic oil change and coolant flush, and the team at the Old Spanish Trail location was amazing. Linachei and Ric were so friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing and why, so I left actually understanding my car better. Fast, honest, and no pressure. Huge thank you to the whole Take 5 crew for the great service and the education. I'll definitely be back!
This is the only place I go for an oil change. Bre, Ric and the Asst Manager are patient, professional, knowledgeable & treat you like family. They don’t make unnecessary recommendations, but are always thorough in their assessment. I have an Audi Q7, so sometimes she requires a little extra TLC. I love that they love on my vehicle without breaking the bank. See yall in 3k miles 🤗
Devon and the Crew where nice and extremely knowledgeable of my vehicle the type of oil that it took they even checked and replaced my air filter also they replaced the cabin filter behind my glove box that I never knew I had they offered me water because it was hot and even the young lady who was underneath my car found a oil leak that I did not know about she took a video of it and came up and showed it to me Devon then put it in the notes my receipt so that I could take it to my mechanic to see about getting the leak fixed I love that about them it did not take 5 minutes however it was closer to 15 or 20 because I had issues with the filters that I was not aware of I also had a $25 coupon that I got online which helped a lot . A BIG THANK YOU !! To all of them I will be a returning customer and I have no problem with referring my coworkers at University of Houston.
