I can’t say enough great things about Take 5! Cameron is absolutely the best. Every time I come in, he goes above and beyond to make sure my car is taken care of. Not only did he handle my oil change quickly and efficiently, but he also checked my tire pressure and took the time to look into another issue I was having with my car. Cameron is always professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He never makes me feel rushed and always takes the time to explain things and make sure everything is in great shape before I leave. His entire staff deserves recognition as well. They are consistently friendly, fast, and reliable, making every visit a positive experience. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days, and that’s why I keep coming back. Highly recommend Take 5 and especially Cameron!
Super quick and attentive, they gave me two water bottles and Alvaro stopped me from using the wrong oil on my car, every billing detail was thoroughly discussed before starting in a quick and clear manner. Took me under 15 minutes from entering to back on the road for oil, oil and air filters and all their complimentary check ups. They also taught me how to reset my oil change timer.
Take 5 was awesome. The manager was kind, polite, and funny. He also was making my back hurt as I watch him contort his body while he bent backwards into the car to change my cabin filter. It happens to be behind the center console. Something that took my brother an hour to do he was able to do in less than 5 minutes. Really great service and appreciate the checks and balances they have in place to make sure your car is running smoothly.
