Oil Change in Houston, TX at 12251 Jones Road.

Used this place for years and they've been wonderful. My last visit was my first bad visit when I asked if a dealership had put new oil in my vehicle after I left it and I was told "No" so I had them do it instead. Later I get told by someone else that they drained oil that was brand new AFTER I left and paid. 😡 waste of time and money, but that was one time after the other times it's been great. Just depends on who's there I guess. #DTA Update: Last time in April 2026 was a pleasant experience. Like I said before, just depends who's there. There's another location near Bellaire TX that was awful because the staff was just rude and acted like I was dumb and not knowing they're an oil change place. I went to get my oil checked but they threw a tizzy because my check engine light was on too, which I didn't even mention about checking. I checked the oil myself and was looking for an expert second opinion, and didn't get it there. This location on Jones by the Kroger is great and continues to be great. I wish the company did something about the extreme prices. Staff makes it feel better to pay a little extra, but the company itself needs better pricing to compare to competitors. Update: went again in Oct 2026. Didn't receive service because they were honest and let me know there was nothing to service. The vehicle is fine. I rewarded them for their time and efforts and will continue to use this as my oil change location. Please, be nice to the workers. They don't get the luxury of being in A/C while working on vehicles. Show some grace and gratitude if you don't mind. (Prices are still crazy but it's like that everywhere in this Economy) #FDT

The guys there are so very nice every time I go they always offer me water. They also check everything for me. Let me know when stuff is low when I need to change out filters or anything as far as fluids and stuff like that windshield wipers. They always take care of me when I’m there. These guys are a very sweet crew and I tell my family to go to them for great service. I got an oil change in air filter change

Alex was amazing to work with. He was incredibly polite, respectful, and thorough. He walked me through a complete safety inspection, topped off the air in my tires, and made sure everything was good to go. The oil change itself was super fast and completely hassle-free, all without having to leave my car. The convenience of this location paired with top-tier customer service from Alex makes it worth every penny. I will definitely be coming back!
