Oil Change in Houston, TX at 10802 Westheimer Rd.

I always get such wonderful customer service at this location. I was running some errands the other day and looked down to see an indicator light. That light has brought me so much pain. When I saw it was just a low tire, I was relieved. I was in the area, and the wiper fluid was low too, so I decided to stop by. The tech came to my car and got my information and offered me a bottle of water. He wrote T/O on the window of my car (topoff) and directed me to next in line. I was in and out in under ten minutes, they didn’t charge me a penny, and the tech even washed my windshield. This place is great!

Went for a normal oil change. 2nd visit ever. 2nd visit was just as great! Thank you! the ONLY thing i was concerned about was, like everything nowadays (esp. oil prices), the price was notably higher. the attendant confirmed Take 5 had recently experienced an increase in the pricing cadence for their products and services. so for me to have my car washed (inside and out), oil change, fill up from "E" i spent $150. this amount is totally ridiculous. on my visit, i gave the attendant a freshly purchased Kolache since it was just before 8AM. The service was perfect (longer than 5 minutes, but no worries there). Just once, I'd like to find an establishment that didn't succumb to inflation just because everyone else is doing it. Do I feel the price increase warranted additional services received consistent with my last oil change at this exact location??...no absolutely not. Thank you for providing a consistent experience, but watch your pricing strategy. My $99.99 oil change (before tax) ended up being the same price as the next level upgrade of service to ~$113. Disposal fees, processing fees, whatever you call them, just watch your pricing strategy. I cannot afford this rate and feel that if you are going to increase your rates, the level or service or products received should reflect the new price paid.

Davion was wonderful. He was very professional while being polite. I came in for just a state inspection then noticed that my Take 5 oil change sticker date had come and gone. I asked Davion if I could get an oil change as well. That added service was no problem to change from my original plans. My daughter and I each received a bottleof water. I appreciated that because it was 100 degrees and I had to turn off my vehicle to receive service. Thank you Davion!
