As soon as I pulled in with my vehicle to inquire services, I was immediately greeted and asked how could they help, checked to make sure they had my oil and filter available and advised I pull in. Waited a bit for them to complete a prior service but was asked if I wanted water and added to system. Started service about 10mins later not long but started working without interruptions and completed my services and asked to complete a survey and sorry totally forgot the manager’s name but he completed my service and the other young man assisted by checking after him to make sure everything was done correctly. Loved that! My car has been out for a few months so this oil change was needed afterwards but it ran so much better and I was so happy how I was treated as a woman I didn’t feel taken advantage of and they made sure to service me just like a man would who came in for service, I didn’t feel uncomfortable or had any feelings of being oversold, they serviced exactly what I came in for. Thank you, definitely will be back
I go no where else for my oil changes and state inspections. Great team of Professionals and always friendly and super efficient. Highly recommend! Paul was great and explained everything in detail. This one location is my go to - everyone there is friendly, professional, efficient and make me feel appreciated as a client.
This location is the best HANDS DOWN! Thanks to Paul & Herbert for being such great, professional and knowledgeable men with conducting my oil change and coolant flush on my Benz. They walked me thru every detail until everything was complete. They both showed what excellent customer service should be!
