The guys at this location are awesome. Wife and I are new to Houston and needed a state inspection for emissions. We tried a place closer to our home and they wanted more money than take 5 did, and also asked us to wait over 30 minutes for the inspector to get there. We got tired of waiting and navigated to take 5. The guys gave us a water and did everything they needed to do with us in the car. They were super efficient, courteous, clean and even funny. Take 5 will get all of my oil change business going forward, even though it costs more than doo g it myself. Thanks guys!
Mike the shop Manager and Berry hands down, some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! The gentleman who helped me was extremely positive, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a great experience. His energy and attitude stood out immediately. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, attentive, and made the entire oil change process quick and stress-free. You can tell he takes pride in his work and understands what GREAT customer service is supposed to look like.Employees like him are the reason customers come back. Take 5 definitely has a great one on their team they deserves recognition!
