Take 5 is the only place I go to get my oil changed. To my surprise I had two ladies doing it for me very nice touch. All the many times going there, I’m just finding out that I can go back before it’s time to get a a new oil change to get all of my fluids checked and can get up to a quart of oil for free if my car needs it. It had to take a woman manager for me to find this out. Very Disappointed With All Of Your Male Managers. I have been a customer of yours to long to just be finding this out. But Thanks to the lady manager the one that only works on Saturday at SH6 & Westpark.
Chi Excellent service! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on finding the best solution for our vehicle rather than simply selling additional services. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he greeted us with a great attitude and a genuine smile, which made a big difference. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer service so well. Highly recommended! Thank you for taking such good care of us. 🚗👏
The guys were very courteous and fast! The bottle water offered was nice and cold! I've been a repeat customer for awhile. The only complaint I have is the price! I know that's nothing the staff can do, but maybe the company should have discounts after( x ) amount of oil changes?. I have bought windshield wipers here too, because the Walmart next door seems to be always out of stock. 😅 Overall, I found this place always well kept on the the outside, the staff are alert and knowledgeable and never had a bad experience here.
