Really enjoyed getting my oil changed the guys with real friendly and fast. I like the water offering it is so hot out here it makes the customers a lot happier when cold water comes to you even though you have an AC in your vehicle I thought that was a nice offer. I specifically like the one in Henderson they have a water fountain in the front of areas that looks like it has food coloring in it it looks real nice and very advertising. Thank you guys at the Henderson take 5 oil change I will be back next time.
I recently switched my business to Take5 in Henderson TX. Their rates are competitive, they are fast but do not rush through the job. They are thorough and treat my vehicle as they would their own. They do not try to up charge me for services I do not need. But explain with demonstrations why I may need to add a product or service that day. They are completely transparent with charges on my bill and go over each one. Lastly I feel completely safe there. The employees put you at ease, are friendly but not creepy like some of the employees at the 10 minute oil change in town. They concentrate on working together to provide quality service in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!
I needed a last minute check since the truck was doing some funny up and down on the oil gauge and the technician not just gave me cold water ( super hot that day) if not take the time to hear my question and concern , check and then explain to me and reassure me that it was going to be ok! They even check on the cooking fluid That, right there is worth a million!!!! Great people working there
