Have always received great service at Take 5 Oil Change. We returned ro the store across from HEB because when it opened Danny was so professional making sure we were provided the best service ever! Well, he wasn’t there so we did some of the services there. We then went to the Take5 at the corner of Ed Carey and business 77 and there he was. Danny and one of his employees, Jose tended to our truck. Danny was again, most professional. Take5 should give him a huge raise and the choice of store (close to where we live preferably) so we don’t have to keep chasing him around. We return for service because of the people most times. Danny makes all of the difference!
First Time Customer 👍 The employees ALL were very curious and very respectful They took their time in explaining everything they were doin to my vehicle NEVER did they do something that was not explained to me. I'm a Senior citizen and that goes a long way w me. Now day they see an old lady and take advantage of situation. Not these gentlemen. D. Torres, Jacob, Ricky, and other gentleman are a Great asset to Take 5. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Today was my first time at take 5. I left very much satisfied not just with my oil change, but the customer service. Danny and Jacob we're quick to help me out. They made me feel welcomed and I even got a water bottle. They made sure my air filter was clean and my tires were topped off. My cars battery gave out twice before i could leave. Danny and Jacob were quick to get me going again. I greatly appreciate them for that. I usually spend about 60-70 on a oil change, here it was about $100. Truthly didnt mind the price after the amazing customer service. Definitely will be coming again.
