I went to get an oil change yesterday at the Take 5 on Garland Rd. and was very impressed with the service I received. Steven and Taylor (I think that was his name) spent a lot of time with me. I had so many questions and concerns and they went above and beyond to assist me. My car is now in tip top shape because of their help and work. They were both so friendly, courteous and their customer service was exceptional. I will go there every time I need help and will tell my friends and family about them.
I had my oil changed 10/19, I did notice they were a little busy and as soon as I pulled up, I was immediately greeted with a smile and was asked to pull in to an available stall. The gentleman was great to let me know how much longer it may be but reassured me that they will get to us as quickly as possible. We didn’t wait that long luckily. They did let me know that my engine filter was needing to be changed, as it has been awhile and showed me how bad it was. They took care of that along with changing my oil. They were also great at topping off fluids I had PLUS took care of my tire pressure as it was low due to the weather change. Both guys were excellent at customer service and making sure all my questions were answered. I was also very pleased they honored my coupon I had ready. I moved to the area recently and will be returning here.
