This place is always amazing!!!! I have been servicing my car here for 5 years. I am super grateful. Corey was my assistant and he was so patient while I was yapping his ear off about how my day was going. He was so gracious and friendly. He was very informative about coming back for my next oil change and kindly told me how much it costs for an oil topper. He was very professional and understanding about any concerns I had about my filters and the next time I need to change those as well. Great team on forest and plano in Dallas!!!!! Will be back.
Excellent customer service ASM was very thorough and helped me through the emissions process and checked all fluids. Aswell spoke with me about coolant exchange and life of my vehicle! Fast friendly clean shop! Antione and the new crew and management team was amazing! Welcoming me to Dallas I’m a forever customer now
Stopped in for a quick oil change. Antwan and Alen was very helpful and even explained the difference in regular and synthetic oil to me. I was offered water while waiting in the comfort of my own car and not having to wait inside cold places.Thanks guys for helping out.
