Establishment operates at 7am and I got there a few minutes before 7 to get my inspection when Justin Hood was ready to take on the day. When an employee is early, eager, has water ready for me and a positive attitude that makes for a loyal employee, ethical worker and great person to work with. From start to finish my time and communication with valued. Management you have a keeper!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change, thanks to Victoria! She provided excellent service and genuinely took the time to make sure everything was taken care of properly. I really appreciated her attention to detail, friendly attitude, and the care she showed throughout the visit. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service. Victoria did a fantastic job, and I would definitely recommend Take 5 Oil Change to others. Thank you, Victoria, for taking such good care of my vehicle!
Fast and friendly service! I went for a basic oil change and they educated me on other things that’s would be good to do and things that didn’t necessarily need to happen right then. Weren’t super pushy on doing more than just the oil change. But I appreciated them educating me on the other maintenance that would be good to get done!
