As far as my oil change, will laughter went fast and that’s what I enjoy. Everyone was very professional and kind and made me want to return for my next oil change. Bo & the gents took great care and gave tremendous effort along with absolute top notch service! I was in and out in 10 minutes! They tested and checked the air filter, changed motor oil & filter, tire pressure check, wiper check, coolant check, and topped off my washer fluid too! They were fast, funny, and ready for all vehicles to come in! This was my first visit to Take 5 Oil Change but it won’t be my last!!
I drove away and noticed that my check engine and oil lights had come on. I went back and the team found out that it was a bad oil filter (even tho they pulled it from the box). So, one guy drove to the auto store and bought me a brand new one that we knew was right. Like I told them, these things happen, mistakes are made, but it’s how you respond that reveals if you’ve got integrity. They apologized (several times) constantly updated me and offered cold waters, put in the new filter, and then even gave me a 50% off for the next time. I will definitely be coming back. Any team with that level of integrity has my business!
