Great experience at this shop! John and his team were professional and fast — in and out in no time for my oil change. What really impressed me was that they caught an issue I had no idea about during the service. They took the time to explain it clearly instead of just rushing me out the door. It’s rare to find a place that’s both quick and thorough. Highly recommend — this is my new go-to spot for oil changes.
I went in for an oil change, and they were honest that I didn’t need one yet. Chandler also noticed a coolant issue, explained it to me, and notified manager James. I had it fixed there and returned months later for my oil change. Chandler is no longer at this location, but James and his team continue to provide excellent customer service. Highly recommend this Take 5!
I feel like I could give this location a good rating, but the only reason why I’m giving it a five star rating is the customer service the understanding of a customer and the quality of support that James gave off is why there was a issue that happened a couple days prior a couple of other works I would like to acknowledge as well for their customer service and they’re just nice straight personality. I’m all for a nice personality. I’m all for things done right I would like to acknowledge John was the first gentleman I spoke to, and a gentleman named Chandler handled my car as well I appreciate you guys for your hard work and Dedication for your customers
