I had a great experience getting my vehicle serviced at this Take 5 location. Julio, who recently began managing this location, oversaw every step alongside his diligent employees, and made sure all vehicle needs were taken care of (including a state inspection, which I didn't even realize was due). Importantly, I could see he cares about and keeps things positive with his team, empowering them on their path as automotive technicians, which I greatly respect! This observation prompted me to ask about work opportunities for a friend, leading to a brief and sincere chat. I enjoyed my time here, which isn't a typical experience when getting an oil change. My ride was taken care of correctly, efficiently and with class. Highly recommended!
Julio and his team were amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic experience at Take 5 in Keller! The team was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Great customer service. It's refreshing to find a place that makes you feel valued as a customer rather than just another car in line. The entire process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. This is exactly how customer service should be done! I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others. Keep up the great work!
My daughter and I went Sun Aug16th, we received great professional service and were very pleased,, and will be back!! While we were there there was a rude loud lady holding up the line yelling at these guys working in her car! I overheard them being extremely nice to her allowing her to talk and then explaining why the lady could not do what she was wanting as far as an additional discount on her service!!The workers remains kind and courious to her,, Thank you Take 5 for hiring these workers!!!! Btw it was extremely hot and very busy!! This lady was a pain to them!!!!
