My daughter and I went Sun Aug16th, we received great professional service and were very pleased,, and will be back!! While we were there there was a rude loud lady holding up the line yelling at these guys working in her car! I overheard them being extremely nice to her allowing her to talk and then explaining why the lady could not do what she was wanting as far as an additional discount on her service!!The workers remains kind and courious to her,, Thank you Take 5 for hiring these workers!!!! Btw it was extremely hot and very busy!! This lady was a pain to them!!!!
I had such a great experience today and just wanted to say thank you to the whole team. Shawn (I hope I’m spelling your name correctly!) was especially respectful and kind throughout the entire visit. He went above and beyond by taking the time to clean my filter, which I really appreciated. I also noticed how well he communicated with his manager to make sure everything was completed thoroughly and done right. It was obvious that the team worked well together and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. That level of professionalism and attention to detail doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you all for your hard work—I truly appreciated it!
Fantastic service! The guys that handled my oil change were quick (Chris, I think? In addition to the young guy that was a manager) and were very kind and friendly. I appreciated that they didn’t talk down to me (as a woman who doesn’t know much about cars), and were very patient when answering any questions I had. It was about $55 for a non-synthetic oil change. They don’t currently have a State Inspector onsite (at least for another couple of weeks they said), unlike it says on their website, but they have a nearby recommendation they can send you to. I appreciated that they also checked my air filter, topped off any other fluids, and cleaned my windshield before I left. Great service, will definitely be back in the future!
