i came in there in need of an oil change asap. my guys jacob and jahleel hooked me up!! if i could give them more stars i would!! service was excellent they joked with me informed me with the different oils regarding to my car and more!! highly recommend coming to the one off of hulen and risinger!!! great guys who made me laugh but also got the job done!! and they were quick with it too!! ask for both jacob and jahleel if you want your oil change or pretty much anything!! they will help you!!
In temperatures in the high 90’s and after driving to 2 other places in my area, I finally found one that equipment was working and could perform a simple emissions inspection. When I pulled up, Mr. Will greeted me with a bottle of ice cold water and brought it to my car. Never had that to happen before. I told him what I needed, he asked me if I had proof of insurance, then had me to pull right into the garage bay. I was able to remain in my car while the inspection was being done and was on my way in less than 25 minutes. It took that long because there was someone ahead of me. Appreciated the service and the respect provided by this establishment. That was my first time there, but definitely won’t be my last. Great Service for sure!
I had an amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I arrived, the service was fast, professional, and incredibly friendly. Will was absolutely outstanding one of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve dealt with. He took the time to explain everything that was being done to my vehicle, showed me exactly what needed attention, and never made me feel pressured into buying anything I didn’t need. It’s hard to find people you can truly trust when it comes to car maintenance, but Will was honest, transparent, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The entire team was efficient, and I was in and out much quicker than I expected.
